All Fees are not refundable and non-transferable.

Package term duration is fixed and not changeable. All lessons as already reserved for your booking during the term period as per your package signed up must be booked for attendance during the term period. Unattended lessons are not replaceable.

Nominal fee $30 apply.To convert Flexi-8 to Flexi-12 package during package term period, charges will be $93. The commencement date of the package will still remain the same after conversion.

Two weeks grace period will be given after the last session of the term. Due to the limited space available, CFA reserves the full right to settle painting(s) and painting materials after that.

There will be no lessons on Wednesday and during Gazetted Public Holidays, unless otherwise informed.

Lesson(s) cancelled by the instructor will not be charged and will be replaced.

My Art Space reserves the right to assign different art instructors from time to time.

My Art Space reserves the right to transfer, combine or dissolve a class, in such event, fees will be refunded accordingly for regular package holder only.

Permission is granted for the use of my art space's photographs/video clips of members for the purpose of publicity and illustrating my art space's program. No claim shall be made whatsoever.

In order to improve our services, CFA may revise terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice.
