Creativity can come from originality and novelty or by the expression of our authentic emotional true self, which by default is unique and for this reason original. But how to obtain this? How to go beyond “just” technique and use it to convey and give strength to our artistic message or emotional expression?

This program aim to bring committed and serious artists on a guided journey of self-discovery and very hands-on practice. It is targeted to participants who have already a certain level of artistic technique and want to:

• Have a breakthrough in terms of creativity
• Enhance their painting experience beyond technique and learn artistic expression
• Grow as individual through a reflection on their painting practice journey and a self-discovery exercise to connect with their true Self
• Reinforce connection with fellow artists and tap in the power of peer group learning

HOW DOES IT WORK:
A small group of participants and a Facebook group learning platform where participants can find material and homeworks for self-paced learning. Possibility to ask questions, to post work for peer-review etch in the FB group. Bi-monthly online sessions with the instructor covering the units of the program and for Q&A.

Giorgia is an Italian Artist and “Art4transformation/Creativity©” facilitator. Formally trained as professional painter and visual/graphic facilitator, amateur theater actor and puppetry maker, she is a strong advocate for visual thinking and for the power of art for transformation. She created a brand called “Through Art” aimed to bring art to everyone in everyday life through her artworks, art merchandise and A4T&C classes which help general public and artists to learn how to appreciate art, to develop their artistic and personal sensitivity, emotional competence and creativity.

Entrepreneur and Facilitator of Organization Transformation and innovation. Giorgia is the founder of Marco-Polo Consulting, a consultancy & training company based in HK and operating in World Wide with major focus on Asia Pacific. The company is focused on facilitating dialogue and innovation for people-centric organizational transformations. She has been living and working in Europe, US and Asia acquiring a truly cross-cultural mindset. In the last 10 years, since she created her own company in China, Giorgia has been facilitating journeys of transformations for individual, team, organization and people management systems in many Asian countries. She helps people and organizations to become more innovative and to improve the employee experience at work. She uses collaborative approaches such as Design Thinking, Lego Serious play, Art of Hosting. Within her Marco Polo Consulting consulting practice Giorgia leverages also her both artistic and business experience to help others becoming more creative and develop their leadership and right brain under the brand TroughArt.

Corporate Human Resource senior executive. She has been leading HR departments/teams in international companies in Europe, US and Asia for more than 15 years. She alternates external and corporate HR Business partnership on site involvement to be able to both strategize and have broader perspective and at the same time deliver real impact on the business.

EMBA adjunct professor. She has been adjunct professor of HR and Organizational Behaviors in China for Tongji/MIP EMBA in Shanghai - China
